Each month we have a different visual arts show featuring local, regional and nationally acclaimed artists showcasing their talents in painting, sculpting, pottery, photography and much more.  You will not want to miss the opportunity to meet and greet the artists when we host a reception for them typically during the first week of each new show.  Refreshments and beverages are served free of charge.  Check the schedule on the Events page for the next event.

The Bowen Center for the Arts will be closed over the July 4th holiday.  Our last day of operation before closing is June 27th when the "Touch of Glass" show ends.  We will reopen for business on July 8th and celebrate this time with our next show "Western Americana."  We have some fantastic artists who will be participating in this show and you will not want to miss this one.  Watch for more news on the reception that will take place on Friday, July 11th where you can meet the artists, enjoy their work and chow down at the "chuck wagon."  We also plan to have some special children's activities in connection with this show.  Watch for a special email announcement and details in the local paper.  

There is more in store and the list is always changing so check back to see what's new.  Of particular note we have had to cancel our presentation of "Redneck Italian Wedding" due to unique facility requirements.  Stay tuned for more information.
